1. Returns — Domestic (US)
We offer a 30-day free return and exchange policy for all US orders, starting from the date of order arrival.

If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Custom or special-order items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
2. Live Sale Items
Live sale purchases are eligible for exchanges only within 30 days of arrival.

No returns are accepted for items purchased during live sales.

Custom items sold during live sales are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
3. International Orders
The same 30-day policy applies to international customers.

Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as any customs duties or taxes incurred.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

ELARIA JADE INC guarantees that all our jade pieces are 100% natural, untreated Type-A jade.

Our products are never dyed, bleached, or polymer-impregnated.

Only traditional methods such as cutting, polishing, and waxing are used.

If independent gemological testing confirms any treatment (other than traditional waxing), we offer a full money-back guarantee.

Please note: this guarantee does not cover physical breakage or damage occurring after delivery.
5. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Email support@elariajade.store with your order number and the reason for the return.

Do not ship items back without prior approval — unauthorized returns may be refused.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
6. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
